Wedding Day Details

Getting ready location: Hotel Palacio Provincial

Ceremony location: Iglesia San José

Cocktail hour and reception: Hotel El Convento

The couple is not having a first look so all couple portraits and portraits with the wedding party will happen during cocktail hour. Standout elements include a processional with pleneros from the church to El Convento, plus an Italian-style wedding cake cutting experience.

Photography Coverage

Full day coverage to start at 10:00 AM with preparations, and end at 10:00 PM with late night photos. Two photographers (Sandra covering the day on analog film, and a second photographer shooting digital backups). At the discretion of the photographers and if the venue and timeline allow, we might add drone coverage at no extra charge.

Sandra will release a preview of the images within two weeks from the wedding, and the full gallery within ten weeks from the wedding. Albums and prints will be available to order separately.

Super 8 Video Add-On

Cost $ 6000

Super 8 coverage and recap film available for an additional $3500. If interested, this add-on must be purchased no later than three months prior to the wedding to ensure availability of film supplies.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

All travel expenses are included in your quote. Should there be any photography permits required, those will be covered by the couple.

We don't copy images that were created by other photographers for other couples. Instead, we gather information on the style and vibe you're going for, then use our knowledge and experience to create amazing images that tell the story of your day.

What happens if you have an emergency and can't make it to my wedding?

I have never not showed up to a wedding since I started working over a decade ago. That said, knowing that a real emergency could happen, I have policies in place to send a replacement photographer if necessary. I have a staff of three full time and two part time photographers, all trained by me, who know exactly what to do if I can't be there.
