Wedding Day Details

Getting ready location: Marriott Stellaris San Juan

Ceremony location: La Rogativa

Cocktail hour and reception: Hotel El Convento

Standout elements include a processional with pleneros from the ceremony to reception, a piraguero, an old school cake, and a musical performance towards the end of the night.

Photography Coverage

Photography coverage of welcome party (chinchorro tour), couple mini portrait session the day before the wedding, plus full coverage of wedding day from preparations, to late night photos by two photographers (Sandra covering the day on analog film, and a second photographer shooting digital backups).

Sandra will release a preview of the images within two weeks from the wedding, and the full gallery within ten weeks from the wedding. Albums and prints will be available to order separately. Sandra will also submit the images for publication on an international wedding platform such as Carats & Cake, Together Journal or Brides.

Super 8 Video

Cost $ 6000

Super 8 coverage and full cut film with ful audio of vows and speeches available for an additional $1500. If interested, this add-on must be purchased no later than three months prior to the wedding to ensure availability of film supplies.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

All travel expenses are included in your quote. Should there be any photography permits required, those will be covered by the couple.

We don't copy images that were created by other photographers for other couples. Instead, we gather information on the style and vibe you're going for, then use our knowledge and experience to create amazing images that tell the story of your day.

What happens if you have an emergency and can't make it to my wedding?

I have never not showed up to a wedding since I started working over a decade ago. That said, knowing that a real emergency could happen, I have policies in place to send a replacement photographer if necessary. I have a staff of three full time and two part time photographers, all trained by me, who know exactly what to do if I can't be there.
